At the beginning of the New Year, everything is new! 2019 is a new challenge for Huayu people. As a Huayu person, we should always think about how to use high-quality products to serve customers, how to make Huayu have a better reputation in the client, how to make Huayu invincible in the semiconductor industry! Quality is an enduring term in the competition of all industries.
The quality seminar organized by the manager of the company's quality department aims to tell all employees that 90% of the minor and major problems in our daily work are caused by the lack of standard working habits!
"Let standards become habits and habits conform to standards" basically lies in comprehensive coverage. Departments and posts have their own working standards. Only by adhering to the working standards and developing good habits can the quality be guaranteed. Otherwise, we will be punished and paid a price for it. Only when the operators are willing to accept, good at application and proficient in standardized operation procedures can the quality and effect of standardized operation be guaranteed. Only by keeping working habits up to standard can we keep pace and avoid loopholes in quality work, thus forming a synergy.
"Let standards become habits and habits conform to standards" and make them internalized in mind and externalized in practice. We must do this in our work:
Quality is life. Take the performance of post duties and post standards as internal requirements and conscious action. In daily work, we should "regard quality as a personal belief".
We should do our duty strictly and set up the idea of "doing things right and being responsible for the results". We should conscientiously implement post responsibilities, work according to standards and procedures, eliminate irregularities, persevere and cultivate good habits.
We should play an exemplary role in "keeping quality standards in mind and abiding by technological discipline", and create a team environment in which standards become habitual. Starting from the overall situation of quality improvement, we can see that violations of regulations and disciplines are dared to stop, so that those who do not work according to the standards are educated and punished, and promptly corrected. Efforts should be made to form a good atmosphere of "making standards a habit and making habits conform to standards".
In the final award-winning competition, many colleagues can give excellent answers in the competition, and then combined with their own jobs, they are very clear about how to do a good job of quality in their work; but quality is not so simple, quality is to each employee, in every detail of the work strictly checked, details can determine success or failure!
After the announcement, General Manager Peter Peng always told us that quality is the way for an enterprise to survive. Good quality wins a good reputation, a good market and a good future. In 2019, a new starting point, together to refuel for quality, I hope that in the near future, Huayu is not only a synonym for a company, but also a brand!
